This Agreement is between the Vendor and Announcement LA
Saturday, December 5th, 2015 2pm - 5pm / Set up time: 11am-1:30pm / Breakdown time: 5:00pm-7:00pm
NO consignment percentage is required. You keep all of your profits.
I state that the information is correct to the best of my knowledge. I agree that the booth is considered to be rented to me only after this agreement has been signed, the agreed rental fee has been paid and has cleared.
Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows:
1. Vendor shall have access to the location agreed upon by the parties no less than 3 hours before the Pop-up Shop (starting 11AM) commencement for the purpose of setting up vending station, goods, and other things necessary and reasonable to vending at the location.
2. Vendor shall not vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the Pop-up Shop without Announcement's written consent.
3. Vendor's vending station shall be no larger than that agreed upon above; shall be clean and orderly; and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. No loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor's staff at the location.
5. Vendor shall have access to the location for up to 2 hours after the Pop-up Shops conclusion at 5pm to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by Vendor. Vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and substantially in the condition it was before Vendor occupied it.
6. Vendor also agrees to provide any UL approved grounded exterior cords, plugs, or other items that are required to connect to the electricity.
7. Each vendor is responsible for collecting, reporting, and submitting to proper entities any state and local sales taxes. Each vendor shall also carry their own liability insurance.
8. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Announcement LA against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor's presence at the Pop-up Shop and Vendor's activities of any kind.
9. No refunds will be given for my rental payment. I agree that my booth will be set up at the designated time. If I do not set up by 1:30pm on Saturday, December 5th, my booth space will be forfeited.
10. Pop-up vendors must be present at their booth and may not dismantle/leave event early.
